The very heart of God is centered on the poor. Jesus demonstrates this when moved with compassion he fed the multitude in an act that was not to flaunt his power, nor to display his gifts or resources, but simply to bring glory to his father. Five loaves seek to accomplish the same principle by ensuring that we feed the hungry, and provide for the needy.
